Sales Development Representative

Dot Compliance, the leading provider of cloud Quality and Compliance management solution for highly regulated industries, is looking for a talented and highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, conduct outbound calls, and build a sustainable sales pipeline and qualifying each opportunity before handing it over to sales team.
Our standard working days are Sunday - Thursday.


Position Scope:

  • Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails and initiate the sales process.

  • Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.

  • Build a prospect database.

  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.



  • Level of education - Undergraduate.

  • Relevant years of experience required for the role -1 year minimum.

  • Native or near native English- MUST.

  • Experience in Business Development & Sales Roles in fast-growing High-tech environment is an advantage.

  • Experience with online software sales (SaaS) is an advantage.

  • Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills.

  • Self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team.
